Cardinal Verified · lead audit for dealerships

Know which leads to call first, and why.

Cardinal Verified scores every row of your CRM export against 45 documented checks and sorts the file into seven tiers, with the reason written next to each lead. Your BDC works verified opportunities first, and nothing is guessed.

Runs in your browser. Your customer data is processed on your computer and is never uploaded or sent to us. Only sign-in details and normal page requests go over the network.

4,583 rows that look identical

One cell per customer, exactly as the export hands it over. Every row is formatted the same, weighted the same, and tells you the same thing about who to call: nothing.

The Columns Come Apart

APR scale, payment movement, warranty status, term structure. Read from the raw columns rather than the vendor's summary figure, which is often on a different scale than it looks.

Every Check Names Its Field

Fourteen blocking conditions. Ten data-integrity checks. Twelve advisory flags. Nine contract-context warnings. Each one fires against a column you can go look at, and each one is on the published rules page with an ID, its trigger, and a test.

2,199 rows fall out

Paid-off payment fiction. Rate inversion. Sub-threshold rate and payment deltas. Lateral same-model moves. Watch the holes open across the file.

Seven Plates, Sized by Count

Assigned against fixed standards, not by grading the file on a curve. The stack is to scale. What was removed sits underneath it, dimmed but still in the file.

143 leads to work first

That small bright plate at the top is the morning. Everything below it is ranked, held for verification, or documented as skipped with the reason attached.

Watch It Happen to One Row

The stack is the shape of the answer. This is the mechanism underneath it, run on a single record. Step through the passes and the same row changes meaning each time.

A synthetic record run through the real scoring engine, with every input shown. It is not a customer file, and the steps are transcribed from the engine's actual output.

Four Layers, Not One Score

Forty-five checks run against every row, across four layers, alongside the scoring that ranks every lead that clears them. Each row carries the specific conditions that put it where it landed, so a rep sees the reason before picking up the phone. Select a layer.

The Seven Tiers Are Published

The criteria do not move between runs. A row lands in a tier for stated reasons, and every lead shows them. The bar is one export, to scale.

What Each Tier Means

Rule set: defaults, September 2026. How leads are scored and ranked inside a tier is proprietary.

TierWhat It Means
Work FirstThe strongest, cleanest opportunities, with more than one real reason to call and nothing that needs checking first.
Work NextA real reason to call, with less behind it than Work First, or a vehicle history that should be checked before promising value.
WatchSomething is there, but not enough to put ahead of the leads above.
Low PriorityWorkable, but the economics are thin or the deal carries real risk.
Verification RequiredA required field is missing, impossible, or contradicts the rest of the export. Ranked only once it is confirmed.
HoldHeld on purpose: the CRM says not now, the disposition is closed or declined, it is a business account, or the vehicle is on the hold list.
SuppressedFailed a blocking condition, including having no permitted contact channel. Kept in the file with the reason recorded.
Closed OutCustomers your team marked Sold, Do Not Contact, Bad Data or similar. They stay off every call list and are easy to find again, with the reason on each row.

Every check that can block, hold, or flag a lead is listed on the rules page. A store can tune the standards for its own market in Scoring Settings, and the app says plainly when a store is running custom settings.

Priced per rooftop

Based on volume and what the assessment finds at your store. One flat rate once you are in, not a per-lead charge that punishes a good month.

  • 01Unlimited runs. No per-lead pricing and no cap on re-auditing the same book.
  • 02Onboarding and team training included. Your reps learn to read the tier output, not just receive it.
  • 03Founding-dealer rate lock. The price you start at is the price you keep.
  • 04First month refundable. Run it on your real data. If the output does not hold up, you are out nothing.
  • 05No name, address, or SSN required. Payment, rate, and vehicle data score the lead; a phone or email is what lets us recommend it as contact-ready.
